I’m going to talk about the “bow”. It is a musical tool that is use in the right hand of the musician and serves to play the violin, viola, violoncello or double bass. Music and interpretation. The music was always linked to my life. I started studying violoncello at 4 years old and I studied in an art school “Liceo Experimental Artístico de Antofagasta”. I don’t remember why I chose the violoncello (certainly the music) because I was very young, but mi mom was the person responsible for this. She took me to the birthday of a friend of her who played in the orchestra of my city. My mom told me that her friend played the “Happy Birthday” in violoncello and I was shocked, so she offered to be my teacher. If I had to talk about some positive side or benefit of studing music (really art in general) is that it sensitizes people and makes you see life in a different way.
