My favorite place for relax me and that I enjoy too much is Frutillar. The first time that I went to this place was with my father and my brother when I was 10 years old: I loved it! I am from northern Chile and there are no lakes and or so many trees, but it was cold, so I relaxed a lot!

Then, I come back with the Classical Orchestra of the North Catholic University for play in Teatro del Lago de Frutillar when I was 12 years old. I knew the theatre and Kuchenladen! There I eat the best kuchen and chocolate cake of the world. Since that moment I love Frutillar, this place is quite quiet and magic with the lake and breeze.


Then I return in January of all years to play with the Symphonic Youth Orchestra of Chile in the theatre since 2015 and always I enjoy be there! I played much pieces of classical music and I have friends that living there, so I can go always! I would like know others places in the south as Valdivia, Punta Arenas, Puerto Williams and Torres del Paine

My dream job when I were a child When I was a child I wished became a rockstar and travel around the world with my band! I was always linked to music since very young because I began take cello class in 4 years old and never I thought other things that this. I had a rock band in 12 years old and I played electric guitar, we played for 3 years in events covers of Chancho en Piedra, Soda Estéreo, Los Prisioneros, Iron Maiden, Guns and Roses, Slayer, Los Bunkers, Los Tres, and more. Then we played ours own songs and we played in schools and festivals. When the months of university was aproaching I thought what I would do with mi life and I tried think in a traditional major, but it was so unnatural for me that I told my parent that same day that I wanted to study music. I decided study cello and travel to Santiago and I like the major, but ¿maybe I will be the new Slash? Hahhah. The true the university dissapoint me in many things, but I am happy studing music!...

My future job

I am currently studying Musical Interpretation at the University of Chile, specifically the violoncello. The field of work of a cellist is to be a soloist, chamber musician, orchestra musician or to be a teacher and to teach how to play the instrument. I like all the options, except being a teacher. What I would most like is to be an orchestra musician. This is great because I could play a lot of music every week, although due to this I must study and rehearse a lot with the orchestra. Being a musician has its advantages: you travel a lot and meet many people from different places. You also know many beautiful places that serve as inspiration for us. There are very beautiful theaters around the world. The place of work of the musicians is always the theater, that's where the music is rehearsed and played.
